Is it safe to use my credit card over the Internet?
We use Authorize.net to process our
Credit Card transactions. They use the latest and best secure servers
available today. We feel that it is much safer to use your credit card
over the net than to hand your card to a teller for a face-to-face purchase,
then leave them a copy of the receipt. However, you should always examine
your credit card statements to assure that there are no unauthorized
charges.
How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped directly from
the manufacturer in the continental United States to the customer by
overnight Fed-EX.
What if my order gets lost or damaged in shipping?

If I am purchasing a gift for someone
else, and ship directly to them, will they know how much I paid?
No. Only the billing
address will receive an invoice with the price on it.
Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. Box?
No, Fed-Ex only delivers to street
addresses.
